Heat source of high temperature external heating kiln is set out of furnace tube. Materials will pass by furnace tube and get heat radiation so that to reach required calcining temperature. Taeda high temperature external heating kiln can reach 1200℃ atmosphere. It is always used in high temperature oxidation reaction, high temperature reduction reaction and industrial calcining scene for particles and powder materials.
Application:Used for indirect heating and calcining process of catalysts, precious metals, electrodes, chemicals, new materials, powders, granular materials and etc.
1200℃ Atmosphere and External Heating Rotary Body
Taeda TDICA-H high temperature external heating kiln adopts special heat-resistant alloy texture as major material. Matched with high temperature heating components, it can realize 1200-℃ working temperature.
Rotary Structure and Widel Application Range
With mature rotary kiln structure, besides high temperature oxidation reaction (Magnetic material iron oxide, cobalt oxide, manganese oxide, zinc oxide, molybdenum oxide, vanadium oxide, tungsten oxide), TDICA-H kiln can also used for high temperature reduction reaction (Manganese oxide and vanadium oxide), chemical molecular sieve roasting industry and particle/powder material calcining work.
Calcining Time and Process Can be Adjusted
Taeda TDICA-H external heating kiln is suitable for continuous production. Heat source adopts imported SSR Silicon controlled rectifier or power regulator. Temperature control can be precisely controlled. Calcining time and temperature can be flexibly adjusted based on specific process requirement.
Less Quick Wear Parts and Easy Maintain
Heating chamber adopts two-stage assembly design which provides convenience for maintenance and disassembly. Superior heating components holds longer service life. There are various layout mode available, parallel type, side-mounted type and drawer-type, easy to replace and less malfunction point. It is a representative for Taeda's effort for humanization design.
Automatic Control and Require Less Labor Force
Feeding silo and feeder adopt instant speed control so that to guarantee continuous operation. It adopts multiple-temperature and multiple pressure point supervision. Blower, induced draft fan, protection gas openness and pressure can be automatically controlled. No need paper recording makes easy transition for working shifts.
