1、Support device: rare earth rotary kiln adopts advanced main shaft structure and is equipped with automatic temperature measuring and electrical heating device.
2、Catch wheel device: catch wheel device is divided into mechanical and hydraulic thrust type. Hydraulic catch wheel is set with advanced hydraulic control system.
3、Transmission device: rare earth rotary kiln is equipped with single transmission and double transmission unit; Rotation speed is controlled by speed regulating motor, direct-current motor or frequency conversion motor. Featured in reliable running and energy saving.
4、Drum wheel belt backing plate: backing plate for wheel belt is classified into fixed type, regulating type and floating type. It is featured in simple structure and convenient maintenance. Replacing for the backing plate will cause no damage to drum body.
5、Seal device: there are various seal forms available for option according to rare earth rotar kiln type. Cylinder pressing end face seal, spring pressing end face seal, hammer graphite block seal, spring graphite block seal, fish scale labyrinth seal, axial labyrinth seal, the above form of combined seal and the more commonly used flexible seal, which is characterized by strong adaptability to the cylinder movement and swing, good sealing effect.
